hi,
try this:
go to local disk c/windows/system32
search for the "logonui" file and copy it elsewhere.
then edit a picture writing the text of your choice using MsPaint
paste the picture there and name it logonui and overwrite the original file.
that's all!
if you want to revert the action, just replace the new one with the original which you copied elsewhere.
