Hi there skg009,
Have you checked whether the SD card has a write-protection setup on it? Since when it gives you this type of error? If you haven't got any adapter to read the card on a PC, you could put it in another smartphone and try to check whether it could be used on the other devices.
Hope I gave you an idea.
