Installation problem

HeInstallation process is going well until windows setup. In here two options asked me 1. Upgrade install windows
2.custom install
1. In first option when I click compatiblility report is negative
2.in second option also the portion part are not active like delete, format, new just refresh and load drive are working finally doesn't find and recognize the drivello,
