Deleted all mail and trash folder

Hello,
I needed more space on my gmail as per th message I was receiving so I deleted my sent folder, all folder, trash folder and junk folder emails to free up space. I didn't realize deleting the items In The all mail folder would also take everything out of the labels I had created and had for years including the birth of my Grandchildren, all of their birthdays etc. how can I recover these emails back in those folders! This happened about 2 months ago.
