Torch browser not open

Hello, whenever i try to open torch we browser in my desktop it shows - torch.exe - entry point not found " The procedure entry point Get thread, ID could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNELL 32dll

Reinstall Torch

I have the same problem, I uninstalled torch and re-installed but I am still getting the same message
