New pc wont display signal

So I've built a new PC that has an as rock extreme3 motherboard a gtx 950 wind force an and fx 6350 CPU an 850w bronze corsair psu. Everything receives power including GPU but the screen will not display video. Yes all cables are plugged in correctly. My issue is everything is working perfectly to my knowledge but the screen won't display video I have tried HDMI and dvi

it's possible you damaged the CPU during the build or have not connected all the required power cables. You might need to disassemble and reassemble the computer.
