That might be the only way. First, You should call the Bank and dispute any charges from Classmates. Also, call you state Attorney General and report the invalid charges.

I agree with Xpcman.
There has been thousands of complaints about Classmates.com's billing. I also suggest that you report your issue to the Better Business Bureau and inform Classmates of the procedures you are undertaking and that you should be reimbursed.
