Hello,
I have a dell Inspiron 15 5000.. My touchscreen is completely black..I can here it start up but that it.. I have removed battery and cable and held power button down for 58 sec.. 2times.. Any other suggestions?

Have you tried an external monitor to see if you get a signal?
