Hello,

Im siddarth i brought new dell inspron 5558. 2days back i dint showdown and close the laptop. Next when i open the laptop its not opening the home page. I want to know what the problem my laptop is facing nd plz give me some ideas to solve my problem.my mail id:***@*** and my mbl no . <<number removed>> thankyou

Dell provides support for new computers. I suggest you call them.
