Hello,
I bought a laptop dell Inspiron 15 5558 two weeks ago (Window 8.1). At the beginning, it worked well without any problem but yesterday the keyboard started to have problems. When I type some letters(a,s,d,f,g,h,j,k,l,z,x,c,v,b,n,m) I get double letters (ex: for letter a I get az, for letter m I get jm,...) Could anyone help me to solve this problem.

have you tried to update/roll back the driver for it? I don't know if that will help cuz it kinda sounds like a connection issue internally. easy way to find out is to plug in a keyboard and see what that one does.
