GTA why is it soo slow Closed

Hello SIR, 
I have Intel I3 processor nvidia geforce210 1gb graphic card and 4 GB ram but gta 4 still runs slow  why does it happen plz tell and  give me the solution also


Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 53.1.2785.90

Hello,
GTA IV is quite power angry. The nVidia GT210 is absolutely not a graphic card for gaming. If you want the game runs smooth, you have to change this card and surely your power supply.
