Gta 4 not starting antivirus deletes the crack file

Hello,
my antivirus deletes the crack file. the game started at first time. but then stopped working. As i start the game a fake launcher comes like pe00R proudly presents........ press cntrl+c to close after playing. but game doesnt start. the precomp.exe is deleted. i disabled the antivirus but it continued.HELP ME.
