Hello,
Hi guys I have a problem. I open task manager, new task> I type explorer. Exe then new box comes up with File download, run or save .

If I run it or save it it takes me back to file download

Help

Why are running explorer from the cmd line? It will open to your documents.

I pressed ctrl alt del to access task manager.
The problem is
When I open explorer. Exe via task manager it says download

It is opening your download folder! What do you expect the outcome to be be?

What should I do when it says download because. If download , Nothing happens
