I am an IT working under the department of health service in one of the states in the Federated states of Micronesia and this laptop was given to me by one of the national program staff. if you can tell me what to do for you guys to truly believe me, please do so.

Hello

Certainly that the person, part national program staff, must have the password , that would be mean on his part to let you find it by your self.

Ask him/her for the password, that is the most simple and fastest method to get access to the laptop.
