Facebook blocked account

Hello!
My account was blocked and after sendimg my ID Facebook sended me an imail where they say that my account is reactived but still I can't log in and I recive the same message when I try ro log in.
I get this message when I try to log in :"Thanks for your patience as we work to verify this account. We will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your ID."
what do I do?
