How to change the language of my Computer to English

Hello,
I have followed all your procedure on how to change the language of my system to English but the problem is that my computer has no option of add additional langia or change languages. I can only Change the language of the keyboard.
Please is there any solution for me?

you need to activate the windows update the langage pack will appear so you will choose the correspo0nding one and complete download and reboot
