Hello, I have a wireless Microsoft keyboard 800. The c, z, x, and v keys don't work at all, shift doesn't either, typing in a site into the toolbar and pressing enter just sends me to a blank Google, w makes it go full screen, the left arrow shows f, bottom r, right t, e opens up elements, I don't know if there are any others but yeah. I replaced the batteries and that didn't do anything. I don't know what prompted this, can anyone help me?

Have your changed the batteries recently? If not, then go ahead and do that!

The various solutions to your issue are:
Verify the connection
Download and install the latest keyboard software
Manually reinstall the drivers
Check Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 800 Manual- guideusermanual.com/product-name-wireless-keyboard-800-manual&po=675044&lang=English for more tips.
