Hello,
Laptop Keyboard stops working after i press capslock. it is working again only upon restarting the laptop. and the problem repeats on pressing capslock again and again . I am using Dell inspiron 15R 5520. Please any help to get this sorted out. if i Use onscreen keyboard, the problem doesnt replicate.

did you test using a external USB keyboard?
It appears that your internal keyboard needs to be replaced.
