Hi Anamul_shajid,
Unfortunately sudden electricity issues may cause trouble. I would turn off the PC, disconnect the power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect power cable and try to boot again. Are the cooling fans running or nothing happens when you press the power button? There may be a power supply problem. If you have the option, check if it will be possible to boot with another power supply.
Hope this helps

Sometimes the beeping codes may indicate the type of failure, but it seems like that in your case the PC simply does not receive power. The best thing to do is to try with another power supply unit or search for assistance from a technician. I believe holding the power button didn’t work as I expected. Sadly, I cannot think of something that you should try before testing with another PSU. If you do the test and the situations is the same, that may mean that there is a motherboard issue.
