Can't get into my computer lost password

Hello,

I go to the safe mode like you say and administrator on the main page is still asking for a password I do not know the password so go into safe mode is not working for me how do I bypass and get into my computer

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
