Firefox refusing to open Outlook

Hello,

My problem is that Firefox won't open Outlook, the error message I get is this:

We can't get that information right now. Please try again later.

I have no idea how to fix this. Anyone able to help? And before anyone asks, this problem's just limited to Firefox. It works fine in Internet Explorer.

some people have reported that disabling Adblock solved the problem.

Hello,

You can either disable Adblock or update it. In order to update,just go to Adblock option and select "update now". You can also try to "white list" the live.com domain in your ad blocker.
