Blocking doesn't work

Hello,

I put the email address in the Block senders list but I keep receiving mails from the same address. Why doesn't it work? Come on, it's a simple task I want to accomplish...

Make certain you are adding in the correct domain and subdomain. Those scammer can be tricky with misspellings!
