Greetings,
My lenovo laptop has a Hard Disk Problem
I can access BIOS but under informationtab>> HDD: (blank) not even saying "NOT DETECTED", but blank
I open the back cover re seated properly and tight I am convinced it is properly connected but still same problem.....

Hi Ben,
I would recommend you to open BIOS menu and restore it to its default settings. Check again if the hard drive appears. If not, there may be a problem with the drive. I would recommend you to open the laptop, remove the drive and connect it in a desktop PC as a secondary storage drive. Check if the drive will be recognized by BIOS and by Windows. If not, unfortunately, the drive may have failed and you should replace it.
If the drive is recognized correctly, please backup all important information and download the drive manufacturer’s diagnostic tool. Check the drive for errors.
