# Download USB Fix
- Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
- Choose "Clean" option.
- A pop-up will follow
Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...) - Once you're ready, click "OK".
- While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.
The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.

Hi there SARATH,
Please, try to format the pendrive via the DISKPART menu in Windows. In order to do that, you must follow these steps:
1. Open the Command prompt in Administrator mode
2. Type DISKPART
3. Then LIST DISK
4. After that, localize the pendrive while it is connected, if you don't have any other storage device connected to your PC, the local disk should be disk 0, and the USB flash disk 1. Type SELECT DISK 1
5. Type CLEAN and press enter
6. Type FA=NTFS an also press enter
Once you have done that, please come back to the topic to tell me what happened.
Hope it works.
