Hi Ihadeenkar,
Could you remember what was the drive’s letter before the issue appeared? I recommend you to test the device on another PC and with another USB cable. The problem persists? When you connect the drive for the first time, can you see some installation process going on? Run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
Chkdsk F: /r
Replace F with the drive’s letter.
