I forgot my Gmail password and i no longer have access to any of the recovery options...what is the simplest way to gain access again

Sorry but in your case account recovery is impossible

I forgot my call barring code for my zte phone (model: S551). when i try to "cancel all call barring" it requests the call barring password. The problem persisted even after restoring factory settings. What can i do to reset this call barring code please?
