I can't open my facebook reviewing documents

Hello,

Pls help me, I can't able to access my facebook account about a month already and whenever I entered to my account, it keep saying that "We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation."

What's going on with this?? PLSSS HELP ME!!

Did you submit the documents that Facebook requested to prove your identity?

I think I did in last over a month ago, but after that haven't check carefully. That's why wish to know how to keep going by the procedure. Pls reply me back. Thank you.

So you are certain if you submitted the documents ? Without the documents your account will remain disabled forever.

If you have submitted the required documents but the name on your id does not exactly match the name on your account, your account will remain disabled.

So, how do I have to do now?? I just want to know how shall I keep on going step by step to get the account back by now.
