Hello, I would like to ask your help to access to my yahoo mail account because i forgot my password which is "***@***" in addition to that i changed my phone number, I would be so grateful for your help, looking to hear from you..Best regards.

When you created the account did you register an alternate email address or phone number to which you have access?

or

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
