Hi ifaad,
Are you using a laptop PC? Please check if the issue persists while playing some games or while using some more demanding programs. I suspect that your PC may be overheating, especially if it is a laptop. Please check if the cooling fans need cleaning and install a tool that measures temperature while using the PC. It is normal that the PC rises its temperatures while playing high quality videos or demanding games. If the fan is contaminated it may not be able to handle the heat.
