Unlocking locked folders

Hello,
I have locked(lock+hide) some folders using secure folder.but without unlocking i have formatted my laptop. now i cant see the folders after reinstalling. how do i can get those folders.

Even if you unlocked the folders, formatting would have removed EVERYTHING on the DRIVE! Are you certain you formatted the drive? What OS did you place back onto it?
