Temporarily locked out of my Facebook account

So I woke up this morning and I was logged out my account. It said iv been temporarily locked out because of suspected phishing activity. I followed the steps to recover the account. Started with changing password, then checking pages iv liked are correct, then people, then my posts and comments BUT when I get to the last security check which is checking "commerce posts" (things iv listed to sell), it continuously loads and will not move past this screen and therefore, I cannot enter my account! I have business running through facebook whereby my clients can only contact me through Facebook. I need back in urgently! Please help :( Thank you x
