Please help me find new step s to get into my gmail account. I do not remember my password or secret question and I also don't have access to my recovery methods. Do you think I should just forget about it and get a new one or is it worth trying? Any input anyone has will be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your time!

Hello

Yes, I am afraid that you should forget about it. There is no way that Gmail has to recognize you as the legitimate owner or to send you a recovery code.
