Why can't you access your account?
The free gems in coc he said thats is good for me so i try to do what he said i dont know what happened for my account in 24hoursi cannot open he changed the phone number security code and my 2ndary email i forgot my password so i cannot get my code to get my gmail back please help me :'( this is the info for my gmail i created that in March 2013 or 2012 in my old password removed by moderator and my gmail ***@*** my number that i used removed by moderator and my bday april 28 1992 please help me do for me please im inosent in computer

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
