Google stopped this sign-in attempt

I just received an email possibly from Google that someone tried to sign in to my account.
Now I have a similar account with another ISP, but I don't remember if I ever used the similar one with Gmail.

Hi

Someone or yourself have tried to access your account from a different device, different ip.

You must now attempt to change your password.
