My personal facebook account has been mistakenly disabled. [Closed]

So yea long short story 2days ago there is an account named Lee Viri (My name is Lee Viriyakup as you can see) added me and most of my friend. the account was fresh so I thought someone is pretending to be me. I reported that account a day after my personal account got disabled instead of the fake one I reported. Here is my account that got disabled

I tried to reach facebook via appeal form got an email back but it said said
'Thanks for contacting us. It looks like the report you submitted belongs in a different channel. Please log into your Facebook account and follow the on-screen instructions to report this issue.
View updates from your Support Inbox: https://fb.me/1VHgMpVZeg0rG24' I tried to follow the link the gave it's broken, so I sent another appeal form again however the first one been taken down or something and I can't get back to the support box for the first one anymore. Haven't got any email back from the second appeal form.

I tried to reply back to the support box that inform me about my ban, showed my passport, University ID card and my name change form yesterday haven't heard anything back yet, also I've sent the passport, University ID card and my name change form via confirm identity form yesterday same result haven't heard anything from them. (The identity confirmation support box is still an open case)

I really do need my old account back since it has all of my elementary school friends contact, access to my artwork page, pictures, artist pages I liked and contact for my Uni group project.

It's has been around 10 hours since I sent the identity form and 2 days for the support box and appeal form. How long it usually take because this is very serious, I'm still in mid of the first term in Uni and do need to get back on my old account and it's quite unfair for me to get my account disabled from this mistake.

I've made 2 accounts to post on the help centre ended up both got blocked by facebook due to multiple account and they asked for identification proof I've sent them my passport, nothing happened yet.

Hello

When you created the account you should have used your real name that's why your account page has been deleted from the server.

Facebook allows only one account per person.

I am afraid that you are banned from Facebook for ever.

Ehh I use my real name on my facebook account. It seems like you dont get it.

My account has been mistakenly disabled because I reported someone who has similair name to me as you can see in the screencap, basically the account name Lee Viri isn't mine account and I don't even know who made that but that account added me and most of my people in my friend list so reported it thought it was someone pretending to be me.
Ended up my account got disabled instead.

Usually, an appeal response from Facebook takes two to three weeks, there are thousands of people in the same situation, so you must be patient and wait for your turn to come.

That's kind of a relief to hear that, anyway do you know what this mean?

I got an email from appeal form and it basically said
'Thanks for contacting us. It looks like the report you submitted belongs in a different channel. Please log into your Facebook account and follow the on-screen instructions to report this issue.

I assume that I need to contact them via support inbox of my disabled account. Which I did however it has been 2 days now, but if you said It usually takes 2 or 3 weeks to process then let's see, I'll keep an update if I got my account back

Yes I did, however after a while I got an email back saying

I guess I'll just keep sending an appeal form and see what's going to happen.
