Dear sir,

This is requested that I lost my gmail account i.e ***@*** I want to recover this email unfortunately I had change my old cell number so that why I am unable to recover this account through gmail site, kindly recover my account and change my cell number of that account my new cell no is +removed by moderator.

Sorry but we cannot recover your account for you nor change your phone number. You must do it yourself.

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
