Verification code sent to phone recovery number not active?

Hello,
I haven't open my yahoo mail few month's ago and i cant access it now i need to have a verification code that was sent to my recovery phone number. The problem is i cant view the code that was sent to me because im not using it because im in another country now. What will i do to recover my yahoo mail account? Hope someone can help me regarding this matter.God bless
