Hello, i have a lenovo g585 that was reset and when i restarted it to updat it went failure to config windows update reverting changes but kept that msg up all d time and wouldnt restart r update id appreciate it ifbany 1 could please help

I have several questions.

What was your original operating system?

Were you trying a factory reset ?  If so why ?

How did you launch the update ?  What was the update in question for?

32bit and laptop was running to slow i factory reset and it updated 2 days ago then tonight it went to restart and popped up that screen msg
