Hi Rochelle A Jennings,
So, right now your PC reaches the Windows logo but cannot go past it, right? If the issue is different, please try to explain it or upload a screenshot and we will try to give you some better troubleshooting options. It seems that your Windows cannot start, which may be because of a startup issue or hard drive problem. I would use a Windows installation drive and boot from it. Select the Repair option and wait for the process to end. Restart the PC and check if the issue persists. Is reinstalling the OS an option? Please make sure you do not have important data stored in your main partition. If you have such data, you may need to connect the drive in a desktop PC and try to backup all important information. Opening the laptop may void warranty, so you should consult the seller.
