Forgot password and secret question

Hello, I been tring to recovery my account. Its been pretty hard cause i dont have the phone # password or the secrete question. I was recently using it cause i play clash of clans somehow I got sign out counldnt get back in. I recently lost it awhile back for a good while for mouths n I got it back .
