Hi Suveesh,
So, you have changed your PC’s processor with a new one and the PC crashed on startup. Using your old one, all runs fine, right?
Have you tried reinstalling the OS when you put the new processor? This may be necessary when you do some major hardware changes. Is BIOS accessible with the new processor inserted? If you have reinstalled Windows and BIOS and the issue still persists, there may be a hardware issue. It is hard to say what part may have failed, but since all was working fine with the old processor, I would say that most probably the new one is damaged.
Hope this helps

So, since all runs fine with the old processor, most probably the new one has been damaged or is about to fail completely. Maybe you should contact the seller of the processor. The bad news is that these kinds of problems are usually not repairable.
In general, another option is bad PSU connecting. Please confirm all cables are correctly inserted.
