Hi.
My son blocked my phone and I'm trying to do a hard reset and their asking me for my gmail from this phone and password and I for got both of them.and I can't see my messages it won't let me is there any way I can show proof that this is my phone/ cause I have a HTC and a Samsung the HTC is blocked and the Samsung is off they both had the same#is there a way you could call me please thank s

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
