Hello Hasan,
If you know about the CMD command then, try to copy your Pen drive data using CMD. It will be easy to copy pen drive data on your local disk if it is virus infected. I have tried this many times.
Hope, it will be helpful.
Regards

Hi Hasan,
Please make sure you have no other USB devices connected. Open Device Manager and search for the pendrive. Uninstall it, restart the PC and reconnect the pendrive. Windows should load the installation automatically. Try to access it again. Are there any changes?
I recommend you to test the drive on another PC or while in Safe Mode. In most of the cases, this issue is driver related.
Hope this helps
