Hi Eliyas,
If you want to access Windows in Safe Mode, you should reach the Advanced Boot Options by pressing F8 on startup. Once there navigate to Safe Mode and select it. Windows should boot automatically. The next time you start your PC you may be asked if you want to boot normally.
