My Hp entertainment went off

Hello, my Hp entertainment went off ten minutes after I on it and has refused to come back on, I have tried removing the battery plug in the supply and holding the power button down for 30 seconds but to no avail. I have also removed the hard drive and put it back still nothing works... Pls can you help in anyway?

You did it the wrong way.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
