Please restore my gmail account

Please my gmail account was suspended few weeks ago and I got a mail on my recovery email that due to some suspicious activity on my gmail account ***@*** was suspended. When I tried to recover the email account through my recovery email ***@*** I was required to get a code from my recovery phone number. The phone with which I opened this gmail account is no longer in use and I don't have it anymore. Please and please kindly grant the recovery of this gmail account of mine through my recovery email. The suspension of this email is making life difficult for me. My phone is shutting down as all my apps are now outdated. Updates has been impossible, kindly grant the recovery of this email as soon as possible to enable me enjoy my goggle services. Thank you. Emeka Esomonu.
