Hello,

Hi I have acertainly E15 laptop. It gets past acer screen then says "no boot service " I can't get into bios either. Have unplugged .. shut down ...but still not working .

It appears that you may have a failed hard drive. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the problem.
