Hi Alinta,
Could you give us some more details about the issue? What do you see when you press the power button? Is it the manufacturer’s logo or just a black screen? Are there any noises coming from the laptop?
Please check your laptop’s manual for some specific button configuration which opens the system recovery menu. Have in mind that using it may delete part of your stored information.
If the laptop is under warranty, I strongly recommend you to contact the seller.
