Where to enter Gmail password text code

Hello,
I'm having problems getting my password. Every time I apply for a new password to ***@***, they send the text code but after that they are suppose to send me an email giving me directions on how to apply for a new password. Thank you. Please help me. I can't do anything without a password.

Hi

Access the login page, type your address, click next. Click on need help, it will ask for your password, click on other question, it should then lead you to the link "I have a code"
