Account disabled for no reason

Hello,
My account has disabled 2 days back and i find no reason for it .i dont think i have voilated any of the policies .and also my company used to send important mails to me and if i cant open my mail it gonna be a big problem.main thing is my mail contains very important information and i cant find them anywhere except in the mail.i had kept it opened for ten minutes when i had accessed into it on december 22 2016 and suddenly it showed me disabled.please help me .if cant access my account it gonna affect my life in a serious way.i hav gone through forum many times but its not helping
